Stretta Pemium Lager No.7 50 cl €6.00
The summer of 2019 is set to be cooled by our freshest new addition. Stretta No7 Premium Lager is a pilsner style lager that is crisp, light and incredibly refreshing. 100% pilsner malts are used to create a light refreshing body. Bright gold with plenty of head. Malling hops as well as Saphir hops provide a soft lingering bitterness with rich hop aroma. A European Lager Yeast strain attenuates to a clean and crisp finish.

STRETTA NO1 INDIA PALE ALE
Stretta India Pale Ale No.1 25 cl €4.50
Stretta India Pale Ale No.1 50 cl €7.00
Our first ever release, launched in December 2016 Stretta IPA No1 quickly rose through the charts to become Malta’s highest rated beer on http://www.ratebeer.com and other large beer rating websites. India Pale Ales (IPAs) came about when brewers used to add an extra dose of hops to their pale ales destined for export to India and the colonies. The extra hop addition helped the beer survive the long journey whilst also adding a pleasant hoppy aroma. A clean, crisp & malty pale ale, brewed and dry hopped with Chinook, Citra and Cascade hops. Fresh, fruity and incredibly refreshing!

It was early 2017 when Miguel & I began home-brewing right in Miguel’s parents’ garage. We bought a couple of stainless steel tanks, wired up a control panel, bought a few books, and started experimenting. The science behind it all fascinated us and we spent countless hours discussing the finer intricacies of the brewing process. Our focus was always on the quality of the beer. On creating something we’d be proud of. Fast forward a little over a year later, and we were suddenly holding the keys to a vacant warehouse in Qrendi. Our brewery stood bare before us and we set to work. Towards the end of 2019, the brewery was complete, having done all the major works ourselves. It took us time, but we got there, and we’re now geared and ready to go!
Our mission is to brew the quality craft beer our island deserves!

Brussels beer project: Delta IPA €5.00

Not your average Belgian beer. Its aromatic hops bring Delta IPA notes of lychee and passionfruit before surprising you with a frank and indefinite thirst-quenching bitterness. The Saison yeast adds its Belgian touch with a spicy and dry touch.
Delta IPA is our first beer. Launched in 2013 when IPAs were still unknown in Belgium. It’s deeply involved in the process of co-creation, elected by more than 850 Brussels residents in the summer of 2013, against three other prototypes (Alpha, Beta and Gamma). Today, she remains the star among the All-Stars!

Brew Dog : Punk IPA €5.00

Punk IPA. Amplified. In 2010 we finally got our paws on the equipment we needed to dry hop our beers. We focused all our energy on dry hopping, amping up the aroma and flavour of our flagship beer to create a relentless explosion of tropical fruits, and adding a hint of Caramalt to balance out the insane amount of hops.

Brew Dog : Elvis Juice €5.00

An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back;
Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload – grapefruit piled on top of intense aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA.
Brew Dog : Hazy Jane €6.00

EXOTIC. GUAVA. JUICY.
New England decamps to the tropics for a juicy makeover that turns the exotic fruits up to 11 for this hazy IPA with a tropical twist. Guava leads the way with notes of pineapple, mango and stone-fruit following on. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a fruity smooth journey.
Sierra Nevada : Pale Ale €5.00
Ken Grossman started Sierra Nevada with a hand-built brewhouse and the odds stacked against him. In 1980, that patchwork of pipes, pumps and tanks began making beers that forever changed the course of American craft brewing.
This is the actual first beer he made!

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops. 13.4°, Bottle Conditioned.
IBUs: 38
Bittering Hops: Cascade
Finishing Hops: Cascade
Malts: Two-row Pale & Caramel
Sierra Nevada : California IPA €5.00

With the California IPA, Sierra Nevada have created a wonderfully drinkable Session IPA. The 4.2% light beer has been hopped with Simcoe, Crystal and Chinook and scores with grassy, citrus fruit aromas.
Magic rock brewing: Fantasma Gluten Free IPA €5.00

A dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth body. For the hops we judiciously bittered with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango giving a moreish drinkability. Fermented with our house American ale yeast (WLP001) for a refreshingly clean finish, this IPA is also our first gluten-free beer using Brewers Clarex®.
This beer is vegan.
Tripel: Karmeliet €5.00

Tripel Karmeliet is a labour of love. Of patience. Of passion. For over 7 generations we have worked tirelessly, continuously perfecting our craft to create this singular award winning beer.
Brewed using a 3-grain recipe rediscovered from the 1679 Carmelite monastery, Tripel Karmeliet blends nature’s gifts of barley, oats and wheat to produce a multi-layered tripel, refined yet balanced, with soft fruity notes and a surprisingly delicate taste.
This timeless beer is the embodiment of our relentless pursuit of beauty.
3 grains – barley, wheat, oat. Styrian hops.
Brussels beer project : Juice Junky €5.00

Beavertown : Neck oil €5.00

Neck oil is our go-to anytime you want a beer…beer. It’s down-to-earth, always refreshing and always easy to drink. The light and zingy taste of Neck Oil is the perfect place to start your craft beer journey. We’ve created a perfect balance of hop flavours to deliver an extra special taste. The name Neck Oil comes from our founder Logan fondly remembering his grandad stating he was off down the pub to ‘oil his neck’ with a pint.
Beavertown : Gamma Ray €5.00

Gamma Ray is our iconic experience. It’s for those seeking true craft beer flavour. Smooth, refreshing but with enough twist of bold American flavours to give you tastebuds a little zap. The rich and refreshing taste is perfect for those wanting to really explore our world of flavour. This is our original craft beer icon, our American dream, inspired by those great pale ales from California’s pacific coast.
Magic Rock Bewing : High Wire €5.00

High Wire is their tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste…?
To Øl : Organic Pilsner €5.00

The slower the fermentation, the better a pilsner tastes. We took no risks and decided to ferment and mature our pilsner no less than 45 days. It would be a sin to rush it after all. Enjoy all the crisp complexity that belongs in the golden lager we all love, and enjoy it more knowing it was made only with the highest respect and admiration for the style.
Hamer & Sikkel Porter €5.00

Voodoo Ranger IPA €5.00

Bursting with tropical aromas and juicy fruit flavors from Mosaic and Amarillo hops, this golden IPA is perfectly bitter with a refreshing, sublime finish.
Tokyo Wit Ale €5.00

St.Bernardus Tokyo Sounds familiar? You are quite right, because in 2012 we launched a one-off brew on the occasion of the opening of the first St.Bernardus-themed café in the Japanese capital. Eight years later, you can sample our St.Bernardus Tokyo again, albeit with a new recipe!
The young Belgian illustrator Jonas Devacht created the artwork for the can, which consists of an impression of Japanese nightlife in the iconic streets of Kanda district, where you can find ‘Brasserie St.Bernardus’.
St.Bernardus Tokyo is an unfiltered ale, which has been brewed with a large amount of wheat, holding the middle between a white beer and a saison. St.Bernardus Tokyo is an unfiltered, golden ale, topped off with an impressive white collar.
Fantastic Haze €6.00

In search of a fantastic IPA style beer? Something juicy, something hazy, something ripe with notes of mango, melon and citrus. Sierra Nevada said, “Reason be damned,” so they filled their kettles with five hop varieties and loads of malt, oats and wheat. Some may call that absurd. We call it absurdly fantastic.
Brewdog Lost Lager €5.00

This planet first German-style Pilsner is a 4.5% lager brewed using wind power, a third less water, and would-be waste bread in the malt bill. The addition of Select, Spalter and Saphir hops combine vibrant citrus and herbal notes for an iconic lager taste that’s both crisp and refreshing.
Stone Buenaveza €5.00

Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager was born here in Southern California, which is vibrantly influenced by our neighbors to the south. SoCal’s warm weather lends itself to outdoor activities year-round. From surfing our coasts, to snowboarding and biking in the mountains, off-roading through deserted lands, or boating and fishing in our lakes and rivers, this Baja-inspired lager is the perfect companion. Brewed with just the right amount of lime and sea salt, it’s everything a lager should be – crisp, refreshing and full of flavor.
The name is pretty simple: we took “Buena” for good and “-veza” from cerveza. Because we’ve always believed good cerveza is an important part of a buena life.
El Gose €5.00

A timeless, traditional tart gose (goes-uh) with its zesty and salty disposition is brightened by a tangy citrus twist. Inspired by love for a certain beachside brew with lime sipped by the salty ocean side, El Gose is the love child of a Mexican Lager and a German Gose; a 500 year old beer style originating from small town of Leipzig, Germany. The traditional Gose has a hint of salinity from the salty Gose River and a spark of tart from spontaneous fermentation. Our El Gose pays homage to the Gose tradition by adding sea salt and lime for a tart and refreshing sour ale. A bier for every dia!
Founders Oktoberfest €5.00

Blink and you’ll think you’re in Bavaria. We went all in on tradition with our Oktoberfest, using imported German malts and hops with a beautiful lager yeast for the finish. Pours a gorgeous copper hue with a rich, malty and slightly sweet backbone. Our version is akin to the beer poured in the early days of Oktoberfest and, yes, it adheres to the Reinheitsgebot. Prost!
Brewdog Mallow Laser Quest €5.00

Hazy IPA unpacks a sweet tropical fruit aroma, bursting with pineapple, candied fruit, sherbet and mallow notes, heading towards a sweet finish.
Brussels Beer Project Black Swan €5.00

It’s robust yet delicate, soft and complex. For that one, we used 360kg of blackberries for 9000L! It’s dark with a nice purple brown head.
On the mouthfeel, we have a nice chocolate and sour fruity finish. The origin of the Baltic Porter goes back to the 18th century, when the British brought the porter to the Baltic states. However, the higher alcohol content and sweet malty character shares much in common with Russian Imperial Stouts.
Cigar City Guayabera €5.00

Bright berry, lime leaf, and tangerine aromas and flavors imparted by our exclusive use of Citra hops are deftly balanced by an assertive bitterness and moderate breadiness from a simple malt bill. Infinitely quaffable, but worthy of careful consideration.
Founders KBS €15.00

This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.
