Local Craft Beer: Husky IPA Alpha
Huskie IPA Alpha 25cl €4.00
Huskie IPA Alpha 50cl €6.00
It was early 2017 when Miguel & I began home-brewing right in Miguel’s parents’ garage. We bought a couple of stainless steel tanks, wired up a control panel, bought a few books, and started experimenting. The science behind it all fascinated us and we spent countless hours discussing the finer intricacies of the brewing process. Our focus was always on the quality of the beer. On creating something we’d be proud of. Fast forward a little over a year later, and we were suddenly holding the keys to a vacant warehouse in Qrendi. Our brewery stood bare before us and we set to work. Towards the end of 2019, the brewery was complete, having done all the major works ourselves. It took us time, but we got there, and we’re now geared and ready to go!
Our mission is to brew the quality craft beer our island deserves!
Brussels beer project: Jungle joy €5.00
JUNGLE JOY, the exotic showcase of mango and passion fruit in a beer, without added sugar and artificial flavors, just the good stuff! This generous beer for connoisseurs has not only fruity freshness but also a nice sour touch.
She won our election in 2016 against 4 other fruity beers.
This is our modern version of a fruit beer !!
ALC: 5.9% – IBU: 20 – EBC: 21 – Style: Passion & Mango Dubbel – Release: 2017
Brussels beer project: Delta IPA €5.00
Not your average Belgian beer. Its aromatic hops bring Delta IPA notes of lychee and passionfruit before surprising you with a frank and indefinite thirst-quenching bitterness. The Saison yeast adds its Belgian touch with a spicy and dry touch.
Delta IPA is our first beer. Launched in 2013 when IPAs were still unknown in Belgium. It’s deeply involved in the process of co-creation, elected by more than 850 Brussels residents in the summer of 2013, against three other prototypes (Alpha, Beta and Gamma). Today, she remains the star among the All-Stars!

ALC : 6% – IBU: 45 – EBC: 18 – Style: Belgian IPA – Release: 2013
Brew Dog : Punk IPA €5.00
Punk IPA. Amplified. In 2010 we finally got our paws on the equipment we needed to dry hop our beers. We focused all our energy on dry hopping, amping up the aroma and flavour of our flagship beer to create a relentless explosion of tropical fruits, and adding a hint of Caramalt to balance out the insane amount of hops.
Sierra Nevada : Pale Ale €5.00
Ken Grossman started Sierra Nevada with a hand-built brewhouse and the odds stacked against him. In 1980, that patchwork of pipes, pumps and tanks began making beers that forever changed the course of American craft brewing.
This is the first beer he made!
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops. 13.4°<P> Bottle Conditioned.
Bittering Hops: Cascade
Finishing Hops: Cascade
Malts: Two-row Pale & Caramel
Sierra Nevada : California IPA €5.00
With the California IPA, Sierra Nevada have created a wonderfully drinkable Session IPA. The 4.2% light beer has been hopped with Simcoe, Crystal and Chinook and scores with grassy, citrus fruit aromas.
Magic rock: Fantasma Gluten Free IPA €5.00
A dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth body. For the hops we judiciously bittered with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango giving a moreish drinkability. Fermented with our house American ale yeast (WLP001) for a refreshingly clean finish, this IPA is also our first gluten-free beer using Brewers Clarex®.
This beer is vegan.
Bevertown: Neck oil €5.00
Our any day, any time, easy drinking, go to IPA. This started life as a home-brew. We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply kick back, relax and oil your neck with (the name Neck Oil come’s from our founder, Logan, fondly remembering his Grandad stating that he was “off down the pub for a pint of neck oil”).
Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly ‘easy’ IPA.
Bevertown: Gamma Ray €5.00
The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of whole leaf American hops are added in ever-increasing numbers at the end of the boil giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry-hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!
Poppels: Sour Fruit Ale €5.00
Fruity, sour taste with hints of mango, pineapple, passion fruit, orange and apricot.
Tripel: Karmeliet €5.00
Tripel Karmeliet is a labour of love. Of patience. Of passion. For over 7 generations we have worked tirelessly, continuously perfecting our craft to create this singular award winning beer.
Brewed using a 3-grain recipe rediscovered from the 1679 Carmelite monastery, Tripel Karmeliet blends nature’s gifts of barley, oats and wheat to produce a multi-layered tripel, refined yet balanced, with soft fruity notes and a surprisingly delicate taste.
This timeless beer is the embodiment of our relentless pursuit of beauty.
