Pizza Jojo €15.50
The pizza Jojo took its inspiration from our mother, her capunata recipe and the insistence of featuring it (in her name) on one of our pizza’s. With that in the back of our minds, the pizza came to be after we instead of making a Rabbit rillette, used the confit of Rabbit and pork belly on a pizza.
In bianco, diced garlic, extra virgin olive oil and thinly sliced potatoes. On top of this we added our smacking capunata which is in-house made. On top of all of this we add our confit of Rabbit & pork belly. To finish we garnish with some brined capers. Our mediterranean flavours really come out in this pizza.
Pizza Smokey (420) €13.50
The pizza Smokey (420) is our latest mad creation! We start off with our signature Salumeria sourdough. Once the dough had been hand tossed we add some diced garlic and extra virgin olive oil. The pizza is in bianco, so then we lay smoked scamorza. After that it’s time for maltese sausage, sundried tomatoes and our olive tapenade. Just before the pizza goes into the oven we add some “oregano” 🙃 and boom!!! The pizza for the serious munchies!!!
Pistachio Pesto Burrata €15.00
Our San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, burrata di bufola, finished with Parma ham crudo and a home made pistachio pesto.
Pizza Carbonara €16.50
It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally arrived. Imagine a pasta carbonara, but instead on a pizza.
In bianco, garlic, Salerno fior di latte, guanciale. Finished off with our specially developed essence of carbonara, topped off with pecorino romano shavings and a finely grated cured egg yolk.

This is our surprise pizza! The ingredients are a secret, named after on of our friends, RAMON! What we can tell you is that it’s generally a little bit spicy 🌶 like the man it’s named after. If you are allergic to something or don’t like something in particular we can make sure to not have it on your surprise pizza. If you choose this be sure to tag him in your social media photos.
